The FOWL BALL promotion is only open to those aged 18 or over.
The Promotion is available only when the pool table is in operation (Promotion Period), and at the discretion of management, at FOWL Restaurant.
The Promotion is available only in the presence of a FOWL staff member.
One turn per party / booking is permitted.
The selected individual takes one attempt at breaking the balls on the FOWL pool table, aiming to pot one of three designated Challenge Balls (‘The Wing Ball,’ ‘The Beer Ball,’ or ‘The FOWL Ball’).
If ‘The Wing Ball’ is potted on break, the individual shall receive a voucher for one portion of Wings or Strips.
If ‘The Beer Ball’ is potted on break, the individual shall receive a voucher for one Beer Tower.
If ‘The FOWL Ball’ is potted on break, the party / booking’s meal is complimentary, for up to 4 guests. If the party / booking is larger than 4 guests, the value of 4 snacks, 4 wings or strips, 4 mains, 4 sides, 4 desserts, and 4 drinks will be discounted from the final bill.
Even if you win the free meal, we encourage you to reward your server by paying the service charge.
The Promotion does not include Dom Perignon as a prize. Any Dom Perignon ordered will be charged at full menu price.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
FOWL will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
FOWL seeks to run a fair Promotion. If a guest(s) does not act fairly, is dishonest, breaches or is not entitled under these Terms & Conditions, FOWL reserves the right to refuse participation, and/or to award a free meal.
By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
FOWL reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or withdraw this Promotion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
