Following a successful pop-up, chef owners Jack Croft and Will Murray officially launched FOWL in October 2023, which can be found just around the corner from their flagship restaurant Fallow St. James’s.

FOWL restaurant celebrates the nation’s favourite bird through an all-in, beak-to-feet menu concept, with the addition of monthly specials brought to you in collaboration with an epic line up of foodie icons!

Offering both indoor and outside dining, FOWL is open for Lunch, Dinner & Cocktails.

The menu

Proud of the produce we use, the only bird you’ll find on the menu are soy-free, pasture raised for twice as long as standard and raised on farms that use regenerative agriculture practices.

Well raised produce combined with culinary gastronomy and a creative team behind the menu – you get flair and flavour!

Professor Green

MAY - JUNE

New dish hatched! We teamed up with Professor Green for our second guest chef instalment of 2024, and are excited to present the Crunch-Rap Supreme! A pressed tortilla filled with triple crisp tender bites, cheddar, sour cream and a crunchy corn crisp, served with a birria style dipping sauce.

March - April

Heads up, cluckers!

We kicked off our 2024 guest chef series with none other than Mr. James Bluntwho took over our March menu with the almighty Blunty’s Bucket. A bucket of assorted chicken and guinea fowl pieces drenched in a honey Szechuan glaze!

We are thrilled to introduce our guest chefs for November – the legendary Table Manners Podcast
We have been working hard to recreate some of their most loved recipes including Lennie Ware’s renowned chicken soup and matza balls. We’re also collaborating on some original dishes including our caramelised chicken challah bread and much more!

Pierre Koffmann

September - October

We’re so excited to be collaborating with an epic line-up of food icons at FOWL. Kicking things off will be the legend that is Pierre Koffmann, who, alongside Will & Jack has created a Chicken Leg Corn Dog and ‘La Grande Coque Pie’!

To guarantee your table, we always recommend booking in advance where possible! You can simply make a booking via our Sevenrooms booking widget included on the website. All of our availability is live and automatically updated. Alternatively, walk-ins are always welcome!

Absolutely! The more the merrier and to make it easier, we offer a set menu which covers all our FOWL favourites and more for you and your guests to enjoy.

You can book for up to 10 guests via the booking widget above, but to make a group booking of 11 or more guests, please e-mail reservations@fallowrestaurant.com and a member of the team will be in touch!

Cluck Yeah! We love a good celebration. Please contact the team on reservations@fallowrestaurant.com outlining the details of your enquiry, including dates, occasion and number of guests and we’ll be in touch.

You can cancel your reservation via your confirmation e-mail if you’re outside of the 48-hour window. If you’re due to be with us soon, please contact the restaurant directly.

We always aim to accommodate dietary requirements where possible, but please kindly note that we cannot guarantee a trace free environment. A large majority of our FOWL Menu does contain allergens. Please contact the restaurant for any specific questions or information ahead of your reservation.

Yes! You can find our Takeaway menu online. Pop into the restaurant or contact the team to pre-order and collect. Unfortunately we aren’t currently operating a delivery service.

Yes – Absolutely! Our FOWL Gift Vouchers make the perfect gift for every occasion. You can buy these via our online shop, and they can be redeemed in store with an expiry date of one year from date of purchase.

We’ll provide a sparkler in any dessert of your choice! You’d be welcome to bring your own cake, but we cannot guarantee space in our fridge to store it and there will be a £5 plating fee per person.

We’re a short walk from Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square Underground Station, and not too far from Green Park or Oxford Circus! The nearest Train Station is Charing Cross, with takes about a 10-minute walk or a short bus journey.
